I just thought I would take this opportunity to wish steve a very happy, joy filled birthday. The chances that he will actually read this are slim, but on the off chance that he does,,,,
Steve, you have meant so many things to so many people, I am grateful to have experienced your talent and your amazing voice. I miss you dearly. Thanks for the many years of pleasure you have given me and my children. I wish the best for you and hope that you experience your hearts desires on your special day. Happy Birthday to you, and I hope that this year brings you health and happiness every day.

Sincerely, Paula C.

Thank You Steve Perry! I can not say it enough. Your words, Your Voice, Gave me just the message I needed, when I needed it the most. I only hope you may see this and understand how important you are to me as well as many others. You deserve the long vacation! But PLEEEEEEASE "Stand Up Before It's Too Late" Again, I only hope you see this, and just in case you do, I really want to say "Happy Birthday!" My greatest wish is to see you in the light once again.

Happy Happy Birthday Steve! Yes, I agree he might not read this but maybe he will. I miss being able to send a card and tell him I hope he has a great day. I also hope he is still painting. I am an art education major and I am always glad to hear of people finding joy in art. My emphasis is in painting and drawing. I recently did a painting of Steve for my Senior Art show. I had a blast painting it, though I would never sell it. I don't beleive in making money on someone elses name. I just wanted to do a painting that was a bit amusing that showed Steve up to his neck in a pond, enjoying listening to a choir of frogs. He had done an interview stating that he was enjoying listening to other people sing. I am a bit known for putting frogs in my work so this quirky painting was born! It did turn out nice. It was on the front wall as you came into the show. I hope Steve ( if you see this), to tell you music makes my artist hands happy and productive. I respect your privacy, and I hope you are happy at whatever you are doing. I took a 19 year hiatus from my art to raise my children. I seldom had time to do art. Now, at my ripening older age, I am returning to school and becoming an art teacher so I can share my love of art with my students. I am married to the love of my life and I can't be happier. I also hope you never give up on the talent that you were truely blessed with, even if you choose to enjoy it just for yourself. You have shared a great deal with us and I am truely grateful. Best wishes!
