Hi, I'm Paula
I live now in Louisiana, but from California by birth. I first heard Journey when I was 11 my first album was Infinity, gosh that does age both myself and the guys doesn't it? Well, with age comes wisdom I guess. I absolutely love Journey, (like so many others, I love the Perry, Cain, Schon, Smith, Vallory era.) They rock, they are individually the best talents in their specific areas, and together, they are beyond comparing. I drive my kids nuts with Journey, I'm surprised they didn't come into birth singing Journey. I was blessed that my x was accepting of my love. I would never date anyone who didn't like Journey, because it's such a part of my current life and my history. Journey has been the one constant with me through the good and the bad, the exciting and the boring. I know I'm nuts but I could think of many worse things to be nuts about. My favorite song, (or songs) is LIGHTS, but the way Steve Smith blends it into Stay Awhile with just two strokes of his drums is awesome, so is it one song or two? Just kidding, but the blend of the two is what I listen to most, every sunday while getting ready for church every night at bedtime, in the car, etc. Anyway, I am a mom of two boys, ages 10 and 17 and I absolutely love photography. I love capturing today's memories, visions, and experiences on film. I Love nature and animals. My dream job would be to travel this awesome country we live in photographing the people, places, events, and everyday things that make America great. I am not a professional by any means but I'm not so bad if I do say so myself. I'm a housekeeper by day, but only because I have kids to support and I'm too afraid to take that step of faith it would take to do anything else. Maybe one day, I hope, I will be brave enough to follow my dreams. I'm a great combination of girly-tomboy. I can look cute as well as I can get dirty grungy chasing lizards with my 10 year old. ( is that a bit conceded?) I loathe dishonesty, I love thoughtfulness. I am wonderfully flawed, as I'm sure most of you are also. I do love lots of music other than Journey everything from ABBA to ZZ TOP (except maybe rap and such, sorry), My favorite time in life is now. I love to be silly. I love to make people laugh. I appreciate true friendship, even when it's challenging. I appreciate loyalty. I think people should search their dreams and try to follow them if they ever get a chance. My motto for life is " it's the GOOD and BAD in life that makes you who you are, appreciate them both and learn from them"
Sorry if I jabbered on and gave you TMI, but that's me in a nutshell. (pretty big shell huh?)
I hope I made someone smile today.

Hello, I too was California born, but I was raised in Arkansas. I have done alot of traveling and lived in quite a few states. I lived in Germany for 3 and a half years, Colorado Springs for 3 years, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. I belonged to the Journey Force years ago, and put together a quilt made of peices of cloth donated by the fans and the band. It was wonderful how close alot of us got in those days. I am an art education major and hopefully I will graduate this Spring. I am an avid fan of Steve Perry and Journey. How long have you been into Photograpy? I am a Contemporary Fantastic artist myself. Welcome aboard!
