someone in management should read this
I have been watching this singer on youtube, Arnel Pineda who has an amazing voice. His band is called ZOO (the instrumentalists aren't great) does covers of many bands including Journey. In my opinion, he is better than anyone Journey has had since Perry, BY FAR. (I am a true Journey fan, and I think Steve Perry is one of the best voices in rock history, AND a great song-writer. Almost everyone in the world wants him back, but I don't think it will happen) If the band wants another singer, Arnel Pineda is the guy. His range and tone is unbelievable. The management of the band should hear him and give hime a call and go on tour. I'd go to a concert! I don't know if he writes music, but he may not need to for Journey's purposes.

The sound quality of the videos could be much better, which means his voice is even better in person!

This guy's IT! I finally have a new reason to be excited for Journey again! I loved Augeri and I was becoming fond of the idea of Soto being the new front man after hearing his album, Lost In The Translation. Pineda is clearly going to be the best thing to happen for this band in a long time. That combined with Led Zepplin's producer working with them on this next album... should be great!

I should have done my research. I guess he's already rumoured to be the new lead singer. I saw these videos many months ago, so my idea turned out to be a good one...
