TRANSCEND
JOURNEY's history is one of change. Since they formed in 1973 they've evolved from progressive rockers to masters of the arena anthem. Along the way they've made many changes in their lineup. Most recently they've parted ways with lead vocalists Steve Augeri and Jeff Scott Soto which resulted in the fans experiencing a kind of shock and awe. Certainly, it hasn't been easy on JOURNEY, either.
It's been said that time heals all wounds however the loss of these two fine artists is going to take more than just time.
JOURNEY has talked about honoring their legacy. I think their legacy would best be served by transcending it. When a child is asked to honor their parents - their source of life - their legacy - they're asked to use it as the launching pad for their own flight through life.
It's time to rise above it all. Leave the past in the past and look into the future...
