First off, don't blame it all on Steve. There was alot going on between the band members and trust me there are two sides to a story. None of us know the whole story. Steve's is quite different beleive me. Don't tell this young man that it was all Steve's fault. Do you remember that his mother died during the ROR tour? Or that he had toured for so long that he was suffering major burnout? A singer who is burning out can't just keep singing. They have to take a break or loose their voice. There was alot going on, more than we will ever know. Let Journey be the Journey it is, and may Steve shine on with his own music, as glorious as I am sure it will be, when he is ready to share it. Stop putting blame at the feet of one man. Maybe if Neal would refrain from saying bad things about him publicly, he could talk to him face to face like he said in the CBS interview. In the GQ interview he cursed Steve, so much for him trying to mend fences. He should appologize.
